To view task lists, click ‘Monitoring’ from the top navigation and then ‘Task list library’. The task lists are listed on the page in alphabetical order. The sorting order may be changed under ‘Sort’. First, create the basic information for the task list, following which you may define tasks for it. You may either create a new task or import an existing one using the ‘Add from library’ function.


A task list can be created directly for a contract, a contract case or a library, in which case it will be available for any contracts and contract cases.


Create a new task list


Task lists are created as new for the contract object or chosen from the library.

NOTE! If any monitoring objects have been defined for the contract case, they will also be inherited for the contract by default. 


Create a new task list:

  

First, create the basic information for the task list, following which you may define task for it.


 

Basic information

 

Language*: 

Select the language on which you want to create the task list by clicking the desired languages to activate them.

The available languages are: 

  • Finnish 
  • English 
  • Swedish


   

Name*:

 

Enter a name for the task list. This needs to be repeated for each language you selected.


   

Description*:

 

Enter a description for the task list.


   

Forced to contract (available only in contract folder):

 

  • Force the task list for all contracts of the contract type concerned 



   

Task

  • Click ‘Add task’


   

Language*:


Select the language on which you want to create the task by clicking the desired languages to activate them.

The available languages are: 

  • Finnish 
  • English
  • Swedish


   

Name*: 

  • Enter a name for the task. This needs to be repeated for each language you selected.


   

Description*: 

  • Enter a description for the task.


   

Start and end dates: 

  • Enter a start and end date


   


   When you have entered all the required task details, click ‘Save’.


  

Editing a task list 


From the listing, select the task list you want to edit 

  • Click ‘Edit’
  • The edit functionality allows you to perform the same actions as when creating a new task list

  

NOTE! The user privileges assigned to your user name and organisation may affect the edits you are allowed to make.


Deleting a task list

From the listing, select the task list you want to delete 

  • Click ‘Remove’
    • Confirm the deletion when prompted: ‘Are you sure you want to remove the selected item?’

  

Search feature


Use the search feature to search for previously created task lists. Use keywords to narrow down your search. You may run searches on a one-off basis or save them for future use. To re-run a previously saved search, click ‘Use a saved search’.
